3 Year Old Kindergarten Program
Our sessional 3 year old Kindergarten program is developed by a qualified kindergarten teacher and assistant educators who will plan and implement a challenging educational program aimed at fostering the development of your child based on their individual needs and interests. Our teachers commit to having high expectation of your child’s learning and development. Spaces fill quickly for this program, so be sure to book in early to avoid disappointment. Our centre philosophy is in line with the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework (VEYLF) which we use in our daily interaction with the children and in our programming, including the 5 learning outcomes:

Eligibility: Your child must be turning 3, by 30th April.
Hours: 8:30am to 4:00pm.
Iris A: Monday & Tuesday
Iris B: Monday & Wednesday
Iris C: Tuesday & Wednesday
Waratah: Thursday & Friday
Fees: Free – 15 hours a week.
Early Start Kindergarten:
Early Start Kindergarten provides up to 15 hours of free or low-cost kindergarten per week to eligible three-year-old children where programs are offered by a qualified teacher. Applications for Early Start Kindergarten funding are made by the service on your behalf, and the grant is paid directly to the service.
To be eligible for Early Start Kindergarten, your child must be 3 by 30 April in the year they start kindergarten and meet one of the following criteria:
→ are from a refugee or asylum seeker background, or
→ are Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, or
→ have had contact with Child Protection, including children in out of home care.
